Billing Policy

​At Batavia Health, we are a private billing practice dedicated to providing comprehensive, personalised healthcare. Our consultation fees reflect the time, expertise, and individual attention provided during each appointment.

Consultation Fees

Consultation fees vary depending on the length and complexity of your appointment.

Payment of Fees

Payment is required at the time of your consultation. We accept:

  • Cash

  • Cheque

  • EFTPOS / Bank Cards

  • MasterCard

  • Visa

Please note that an additional administration fee may apply to accounts not finalised on the day of consultation.

If you hold a valid Medicare card, our administration team can process your Medicare rebate electronically at the time of payment.

DVA & Concession Card Holders

Reduced consultation rates are available for patients with a current:

  • Health Care Card

  • Pension Card

  • Other eligible concession cards

Patients holding a valid DVA Gold Card are bulk billed.

Out-of-Pocket Costs

Some treatments and minor procedures may incur additional out-of-pocket expenses payable on the day of your appointment. Any applicable costs will be discussed with you prior to your visit.
