Billing Policy
At Batavia Health we are a private billing practice.
Our fee structure is designed to reflect the comprehensive care and individualized attention that our patients receive.
Consult fees are based on the duration and complexity of the appointment.

Payment of Fees
Fees are payable by cash, cheque, bank card, MasterCard or Visa at the consultation time. A fee will be applied for accounts not paid at the time of the consultation.
If you hold a current Medicare Card your rebate can be claimed electronically by our admin team.

DVA and Concession Card Holders
We have a concession rate for all patients with a current health care card, pension and all other concession cards.
DVA gold card holders are bulk billed.

Out of pocket costs
If you receive a treatment or have a minor procedure there will be out of pocket costs payable on the day of your appointment, The costs will be discussed with you prior to your appointment.
