Dr Mairead Stafford
MB Bch BAO, FRACGP, MRCGP, MICGP, DOWH
Born in Ireland, Mairead graduated with her Primary Degree at the National University of Ireland & University College Dublin in 1996, and undertook a 4-year General Practice training programme in the South East of Ireland. As part of this training programme, she then completed a 4-month elective at Murray Medical in Mandurah in 2004.
After completing her vocational training programme in 2006, Mairead returned to Australia in 2006 and after a short period working in Emergency Medicine at Geraldton Regional Hospital, settled in Geraldton and joined the team at Batavia Health in 2008, where her husband is also a GP.

Outside of her working life Mairead enjoys quality time with her husband and two children, and takes a keen interest in travelling, fashion and baking.
